Antique Eastlake-Style Frame
Beautiful (we believe walnut) wood frame in the style of Eastlake. Victorian era. Alternating natural walnut and black painted “steps” lead to a handpainted gold interior. Some wear to wood, as shown. Solid yet there is what looks like some slight separation at the bottom right corner due to age. Glass is likely a replacement and is in excellent condition.
Dimensions [frame is 14” across x 16” high x 2” thick; glass portion/opening is approx. 9.5” across x 11.5” high]
