Disclaimer: Typical Wear

All of our items are pre-owned. We do our best to describe the condition of each piece and highlight any wear and repairs in the description. However, some level of wear should be expected for most vintage + antique pieces. Please review description and photos carefully and feel welcome to reach out with questions prior to placing an order.

Shipping

We use USPS to ship your package within 5 business days from date of purchase. Our shipping rate is a flat $9.95 + $3 per item. This includes shipping, handling, and packaging.

In Store Pick-up

Any item purchased online may be picked-up in our Portland shop during business hours or by appointment. This option can be selected at checkout. Please reach out via email to coordinate a pick-up time outside of normal business hours.

Return Policy

Due to the pre-owned nature and age of our items, we accept returns on a case-by-case basis, within 7 days of purchase, typically for store credit. An exception is vintage lighting; all lamps are final sale. For items purchased online + then shipped, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We aim to provide as much detail as possible regarding any flaws, so please read through the description carefully and let us know if you have any questions before purchase. Please email us regarding returns.

Sustainability Practices

We reuse boxes, bags, packing materials, and often repurpose things like egg cartons and newspapers to help keep your purchases safe during shipping. Our packaging may not be the prettiest, but we are intentional about reducing waste. We also understand that there are instances where “prettier” packaging is desirable and we can work with that! Please email us to coordinate.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within Portland, Maine for a flat fee of $10. This option can be selected at checkout.
