The sweetest tape measure in the likeness of a dress form. Made of delicate black plastic celluloid with gold accents. Retractable tape measure is made of fabric. No makers mark. Base twists open. Great condition, however missing the gold accent/cap on one shoulder. No signature but attributed to the 1960’s.
