Pair of carved stone bookends in the likeness of a horse’s head. Upon purchase, we were told that these are made of “fine Italian marble,” but we can’t confirm. The stone is grey, with a near translucence and veining. A very elegant look. Felt base. Significant wear, including chips, but we love the “dark academia” look to them.
