Vintage Brass + Glass "Porthole" Ashtray (1970's)
Vintage ashtray in the likeness of a ship’s porthole window. The lid (lined with glass) opens on a hinge. The “keys” on either side can twist to “lock” the lid closed. Nice ribbing detail and perfect patina. Surface-protecting rubber ring around the base has a break, as pictured (does not affect function). Signs of use and wear are consistent with age.
