Original Oil on Canvas "Roses" (early 1900's)
This painting is absolutely stunning. It appears to be quite old. We are attributing it to the early 20th century based on the style of the frame, canvas, and nails used. Beautiful pink roses and lilacs in the forefront and a green ceramic pitcher in the background. There is wear on this, as pictured, but it gives it such a beautiful and unique feel. Please note the chipped paint along the edge of the canvas and the small hole on the right. We wouldn’t change a thing personally, except we wish the artist had signed it!
