Ovington Brothers Saucer (Brooklyn, 1890's)
Based on our research, these are likely from the mid to late 1800’s. Ovington Brothers were based out of Flatbush, Brooklyn, and eventually opened another location in Manhattan. This saucer has pretty gold detail and a stunning sea-green hue. “Ovington Brothers Brooklyn” is signed on the bottom of the saucer. There is wear, as pictured, which is to be expected given they are likely well over 100 years-old! These would be perfect for a ring dish, coasters, or just to look at. Great gift idea for anyone with ties to Brooklyn! Price includes one saucer.
