This is so cool. Bird (we think duck) form medical feeder. Tiny handpainted dosing spoon with metallic gold detail. This may have been used to feed infants or in a medical setting for feeding non-solid food through hole in the spout. Lovely crazing throughout the ironstone. Overall great condition. Attributed to the late 19th century.
