May Vieve Hamilton Planter (1930's)
A rare find. May Vieve Hamilton Potters were one of the “big 5” pottery companies in California in the 1930’s. This series, “Spheres No. 4,” was only made between 1936-7. This is in excellent vintage condition, with a beautiful matte glaze and ribbing around the neck and body. Signed on the bottom: May Vieve Hamilton Pottery Spheres No. 4.”
