Japanese Screens in Miniature by Reiko Chiba (1960, 1st ed.)
A gorgeous box set, featuring six miniature reproductions of famous works from Japan’s Momoyama period (1575-1615) as well as an introduction “book.” Written by Reiko Chiba, we believe this to be the first edition, published in 1960. Exterior box is silk covered, with faux bone clasps. A rare find, this piece is in excellent condition - just like new. Includes six reproduction screens, plus booklet.
