Vintage Frame by Sharling Silversmith (1930-40's)
Beautiful Art Deco style photo frame by Sharling Silversmith. Metallic gold frame with ornate detail on both front and back (you don’t see that anymore!) and reverse painted black detail on the top, creating a dome-shaped opening for whatever you’re framing. Metal hook for hanging on verso along with Sharling seal. The ribbon attaching the stand to the frame has torn, so it leans a little farther back then typical (we’d lean it or hang it). Velvet-feeling material on the back and a gold metal “photo seal” clip at the base. Truly stunning.
