“Fifth Avenue: Old & New” (1924)
As former NYC-ers, this nearly 100-year-old book detailing the evolution of 5th Avenue is tough to part with! Really nice (and fascinating) black and white and color illustrations and detailed historical information. It looks like it was damaged by water at one point, as pictured, but it’s still such a gem (and less-damaged copies are going for $125+).
