Cast Metal Boot Match Holder + Striker
Vintage (or earlier) cast metal match holder with striker, in the likeness of a pair of slouchy boots on a square stand. Overall great condition, with nice patina and some signs of use, as shown. Each boot is designed to hold matches and the rougher-textured upper rim of the boot is intended as a striker. Requires strike-anywhere matches. The striker requires some “muscle” and took us a couple of tries, but it does work as intended. A great and functional display piece.
