Vintage from the 1940/50’s. this sweet framed poem with butterfly illustrations is in excellent condition. Nicely framed and with the sweetest handwritten inscription on verso: “To Jean, From Betty- I thought this sounds like you and me.”
The poem reads: You and I, we’ve hit the trail together, You and I, we’ve bucked all kinds of weather you, and though the years will bring success, they can’t bring greater happiness than knowing we have stood the test of friendship—— You and I
