Pippermint Advertising Tray with Art by Jules Chéret
Vintage metal serving tray, advertising “Pippermint” liqueur and featuring a woman pouring it into a cordial glass. Art by famous French illustrator, Jules Chéret. He created this print in 1899, however we do not know how old the tray is. On the inner lip, it’s signed MASSILLY FRANCE along with a maker’s mark. There is a stamp on it, although we can’t make it out other than “France.”Some wear and staining from use, as pictured. Very cool for a home bar or as a decor piece!
Dimensions [13” diameter x 1” deep]
