Maxfield Parrish Framed Print (1920's)
Vintage print by Maxfield Parrish, “Daybreak.” Signed (and printed by) Reinthal & Newman, N.Y., which went out of business in 1928. This (and additional research) leads us to believe it was printed in the early to mid-1920’s. It’s unusual to find this print matted and with the title and artist printed. The wood frame is gorgeous and in excellent condition for its age- gilded with a periwinkle blue paint on the interior lining. There is some water damage along the top, as pictured. Parrish’s are getting harder and harder to find and this is a gem!
Dimensions [13.5” across x 10” tall]
