Buyer’s choice of two vintage black and white tiles featuring cats; produced by The Met in 1994. The image with two cats is by Félix Vallotton and called “Two Cats. The other image is by Rudyard Kipling, from “Just so Stories” and is titled, “The Cat that Walked by Himself.” Both are copyrighted , “1994 MMA.” Overall good condition on the tiles themselves. The cork backing has some signs of water damage, as shown. Triangle hook on verso for easy hanging. They would also make lovely caosters.
