Small oil or perfume (think antique diffuser) lamp. Glass base with painted flowers. Paper shade with pink tassels. Overall great condition. The wick is in tact and the twist lever works to move it up or down. The glass chimney shows signs of use and is slightly blackened. Signs of use on paper shade as well. Attributed to the 1920-30’s. So sweet.
