Beautiful original oil painting, depicting a small boat at the mouth of a body of water with mountains and blue sky in the background. Unsigned. The bowl is this with almost a paper mâché quality to it. Some age expected wear, as shown. There is a small gold metal hook attached to the back for hanging.

Box of 14 French pastels, along with brush and smudge tool. Manufactured in France by Conte in the 1960’s. These were first developed in 1794 by Nicolas Jacques Conte, a French scientist. Beautiful look, beautiful everything! Great vintage condition. Some breakage on the pastels, as to be expected given the age. A remarkable find!

Pristine antique pickle castor manufactured by James W. Tufts of Boston in the late 1800’s. Triple plated silver. There are three distinct pieces to this set: stand, faceted bowl with lid & tongs. The elephant detail on the “legs” is quite rare. Plenty of patina, but could be polished up easily, if desired. We promise you’ll be the only one with a pickle castor at that next holiday gathering- so unique (we also love this as a vessel for sugar cubes).

Mid-century silver-plate art deco jiggers, made by Napier. These pieces have a hand with either one or two fingers pointing up out of the side, meant to depict one (or two) shots - or ounces. There are measuring lines on the side.
These are truly mid-century masterpieces. Stems are frosted crystal with gold-painted glass for the base and goblet. A unique gift for someone with a discerning eye.

The architecture on these! Stunning midcentury taper holders with lucite base and funnel-shaped brass cups. Very unique and aought-after design: rounded on two sides, with square corners on the other two. In excellent vintage condition, with minimal wear. Price includes set of three.

We chose to keep the patina on these unique beauties but they could also be polished-up, if that is more your style. These are substantial, weighty in the hand. Fully functional for their intended use but they would also make a cool statement atop a stack of books, on a bookshelf, or that culinary lover’s desk.

This elegant set is made with heavy, clear glass. The spoon and fork server “bubble” stems are so unique and just really fun to hold. This is fully functional but it also a showpiece and would store well on a bookshelf or someplace where it can be admired.

Gorgeous round silver-plated tray, heavy weight, with raised detail along the edge. The perfect amount of patina (if you ask us) but can also be easily polished-up for a shinier look. Hallmarks on verso: 1649, LBSCO, N, S, 26.
